Need some inspiration for the weekend? why not find new inspiring cooks and chefs for healthy recipe ideas. This post has an Irish theme as these two books are from Irish foodies.

First up is Susan Jane, Ballymaloe trained she has  fantastic cookbooks out perfect for anyone who is confused by the array of grains and superfoods on healthfood shop shelves. She has came up with exciting nutritious and easy to make recipes that will inspire and satisfy. My favourite book by Susan is ‘The extra virgin Kitchen’ packed full of  quinoa, buckwheat grain, superfoods recipes and are all free of refined sugar , dairy and Wheat.

Next up and someone we’ve been following online for years is ‘The Happy Pear’ in Greystones, Wicklow. This lovely cafe run by two brothers has been about for years and over this time we have watched them grow serving exciting veggie foods and writing lovely cookbooks. We love their approach to veggie foods,  serving wholesome comforting dishes that are simply to make and perfect for even the non veggie in your family. So why don’t you hop online and get inspired this weekend , there are lots of exciting new chefs and cooks out there creating amazing veggie and vegan recipes and don’t forget we sell everything you need to make your veggie & vegan dishes.
